Suspended Ekurhuleni Metro Deputy Chief, Julius Mkhwanazi is expected to testify before Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee on Thursday morning.
Mkhwanazi is expected to shed light on his relationship with alleged criminal cartel kingpin Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala.
He is accused of signing two memoranda of understanding with Matlala’s companies and fitting blue lights to his vehicles.
