A car drives through a flooded road
Families located in the Vhembe District in Limpopo have been forced to postpone funerals.
This as floods wreak havoc in the province.
The Luvuvhu River has also burst its banks. This has prompted authorities to urge residents not to attempt to cross submerged bridges as heavy rains persist in some parts of the province.
Resident Mulalo Ramakhuba says he was forced to leave his vehicle behind after failing to cross a bridge.
“We stay here and now we can’t pass because the river is full so we can’t go to work now because we can’t pass the bridge with our car that’s why we left it there”
