The TRC Inquiry, which is tasked with probing alleged efforts to stop the investigation or prosecution of TRC cases is on Friday hearing oral arguments in an application for the recusal of its Chairperson, Retired Justice Sisi Khampepe.
The applications are made by former President Mbeki and former President Zuma.
