Former Springbok women player, Lusanda Dumke, will be laid to rest today at KwaCentane outside East London in the Eastern Cape.
The 29-year-old Dumke died two weeks ago at an East London private hospital following a battle with cancer.
The former Isuzu Bulls Daisies player was voted SA Rugby’s Women’s Rugby Player of the Year in 2022.
She played 33 caps for the Springbok women and Captain the side three times.
