The 30-year-old Mluleki Nkosi, who confessed to killing his sister and burying her body in a shallow grave at his homestead in Nkohlahalo, KaBokweni, Mpumalanga, is expected to appear in the local court on Monday.

It is alleged that Nkosi was in a heated argument with his 44-year-old sister, Sibongile Nkosi, which ended in the tragedy last year.

Sibongile was stabbed with sharp objects.

Attempts were made to burn the body before it was buried in the shallow grave.

Nkosi pointed the police to a shallow grave where his sister’s remains were exhumed.
