ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula has admitted that service delivery in the City of Johannesburg could be better.
Mbalula’s comments come as residents in and around Johannesburg have been battling water shortages under the mayorship of Dada Morero.
Speaking to SABC News at the FNB stadium ahead of the ANC’s roll call with councillors, Mbalula says more work still needs to be done to improve service delivery in the City of Johannesburg.
“We are getting there and there is still a lot that still needs to be covered and the energy and the enthusiasm and determination in Johannesburg, we can see it, but we think we can do better.”
