Former President Jacob Zuma is expected to launch an appeal on Monday morning against the judgment of the High Court in Johannesburg, which ordered him to repay R28.9 million in state-funded legal fees.
The special motion will be heard virtually.
The application pits the Presidency, the State Attorney and the Solicitor-General against Zuma, with the DA and EFF as interested parties.
Zuma’s appeal follows a judgment that found he was not entitled to taxpayers’ funded legal support and ordered repayment with interest
