Zuma-Sambudla to appear in court in connection with the 2021 unrest

Former President Jacob Zuma’s daughter, Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla, is expected to appear in the Durban Magistrate’s Court in KwaZulu-Natal tomorrow in connection with the July 2021 civil unrest.

This was confirmed by uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) Party leaders in the province.

The MK Party has called on members to gather outside the court to support Zuma-Sambudla.

Sixty-five alleged instigators are expected back in court in May on charges of conspiracy to commit murder and terrorism.

They are accused of instigating violence during the civil unrest and allegedly conspired to kill retired Chief Justice Raymond Zondo.
