A fatal shooting crime scene.
A suspect arrested in connection with the Zithobeni tavern shooting incident in Bronkhorstspruit earlier this month is expected to appear in the local magistrate’s court on Thursday.
The suspect was arrested on Tuesday.
It is alleged that two men entered the tavern and demanded that one of the patrons hand over his firearm.
A shot was fired and as patrons fled, the suspects opened fire randomly, killing five people and wounding six others.
