A 41-year-old man accused of involvement in the Zanzou nightclub attack is expected back in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court this morning to apply for bail.
The man who is a Congolese national was arrested last month.
This after a video showing him and seven other men sexually assaulting and beating customers went viral on social media.
The accused is facing six charges of assault and eight of sexual assault.

Earlier this month, the case was postponed to allow for an identity parade.
Meanwhile, one of the Zanzou nightclub directors Neo Moela has condemned the assault incident at the club and has apologised to the victims for their ordeal.
Moela was addressing the media through his lawyer, Advocate Zola Majavu, in Johannesburg earlier this month.
