A woman has been stabbed to death, allegedly by her boyfriend, in Malamulele, Limpopo.
The suspect has been arrested after initially fleeing the scene. Police say the victim was stabbed in her rental room in Malamulele Section A.
The motive for the killing is unknown.
Police spokesperson Malesela Ledwaba says, “A murder case was opened, and the investigation was activated. The suspect was apprehended immediately in the bushes, with minor injuries. He is in the hospital receiving medical treatment under police guard. He will appear soon before the Malamulele Magistrate’s Court facing a charge of murder.”
