Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga (M) chairs the Madlanga Commission on Inquiry in Pretoria.
Witness C will return to the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria on Thursday morning.
He did not finish testifying last week because he was writing exams.
Witness C focused on the search and seizure operation that police had conducted at the home of businessman and alleged criminal cartel member Vusimuzi ‘ Cat’ Matlala.
The witness will testify off-camera from a remote location.
Last week, Witness C testified about how the attempted murder accused Matlala dropped the names of prominent police officers he is close with when police descended at his home in December 2024.
They included the names of suspended National Deputy Police Commissioner, Lieutenant-General Shadrack Sibiya, Counter-intelligence Head Feroz Khan, Organised crime Head Richard Shibiri and KwaZulu-Natal Hawks boss Lesetja Senona.
Witness C further testified that he believes Pretoria businessman and farmer Jerry Boshaga was kept at Matlala’s Centurion home.
Boshoga has been missing for over a year.
A R25 million ransom has allegedly been demanded by his kidnappers.
