The brutal shooting of four people has left the Walmer township community shocked, with some saying crime has always been an issue in the area.
Police have confirmed the incident, saying an investigation is underway to establish if the three shooting incidents are linked.
Four people died while four others were injured, after a group of armed men allegedly shot at people who had a gathering.
Some tried running away, but their bodies were found nearby.
