Passengers and small vehicles are being processed at the Lebombo Border Post between South Africa and Mozambique.
However, the processing of trucks at the border post in Komatipoort, Mpumalanga, remains suspended.
This is due to safety concerns as post-election unrest continues in some parts of Mozambique.
Protesters in that country have reportedly been targeting trucks to block the roads.
Those travelling to Mozambique have been advised to use the Mananga border post between South African and eSwatini.
