The High Court in Cape Town.
The trial of alleged underworld gang bosses Jerome “Donkie” Booysen, André Naude and several others is expected to resume in the High Court in Cape Town today.
Last week, Naude was unable to attend court proceedings because he was admitted to hospital.
Earlier this month, the matter was delayed following the murder of one of the accused Mark Lifman.
Lifman was gunned down outside the Garden Route Mall in George.
The court also heard that the main witness, known as ‘Mr X’, had been found temporarily unfit to testify.
The accused are facing charges including murder, conspiracy to commit murder and money laundering.
