The culpable homicide case against the partner of the late former Constitutional Court Justice Yvonne Mokgoro has resumed in the Barkly West Regional Court in the Northern Cape.
The first of the 40 witnesses in the matter is expected to conclude his testimony in the two days that the matter has been set down.
Mokgoro was involved in a motor vehicle crash involving a truck between Kimberley and Warrenton in 2023, and her partner, David Mmelesi, was the driver.
Mokgoro died in 2024, a year after the crash, and her children say they want justice.
