The Council for Geo-Science has confirmed that three tremors have struck areas around the Northern Cape.
The council says experts are yet to confirm the size and epicentre of the tremors, which occurred in the early hours of this morning.
Some residents of Brandvlei and Springbok have taken to social media to share their experiences.
