Three suspects in the e‑hailing murder case in Pretoria Magistrate Court, February 16, 2026.
The three people accused of the murder of an e-hailing driver have abandoned their bail application in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court.
Magistrate Christopher Chokwe postponed the case to February 23, 2026, for further investigation.
Police say preliminary investigations suggest that the victim was murdered allegedly by a man and woman who had requested an e-hailing ride last Wednesday in Pretoria West.
The trio has been remanded in custody until their next appearance.
