Three suspects wanted for Olorato Mongale’s murder.
The South African Police Service (SAPS) has added a third person to the list of wanted suspects in the murder of 30-year-old Olorato Mongale.
National Police spokesperson Athlenda Mathe says Bongani Mthimkhulu is a friend of another wanted suspect, Philangenkosi Makhanya.
Mongale’s body was discovered in Lombardy in northern Johannesburg last Sunday.
Police have recovered a VW Polo suspected to have been used in her murder and arrested the owner of the vehicle in Phoenix, Durban.

Meanwhile, Mongale’s mother, Poppy Mongale, says she is devastated.
“Nothing will bring my daughter back, unfortunately, and it’s painful because as a parent, you want to know what happened in the last moments, because when I saw her at the government mortuary, I was shattered. These people are animals. What they did to this child was brutal.”
