Suspended Organised Crime Unit Member, Sergeant Fannie Nkosi, has told the Pretoria North Magistrate’s Court that he will plead not guilty to all charges against him.
Nkosi was arrested on April 2 after a raid at his house in Pretoria. He faces charges of theft, defeating the ends of justice and unlawful possession of ammunition and explosives.
Nkosi testified at the Madlanga Commission for eight days about his links to alleged criminal members Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala and Katiso “KT” Molefe.

In his affidavit, Nkosi has denied that he had stolen the dockets which were found in his possession.
