Springbok Women’s coach proud of the squad’s progress

No matter what happens in his team’s quarterfinal of the Women’s Rugby World Cup on Saturday, Springbok Women’s coach, Swys de Bruin, could not be a prouder man.

The team has made tremendous strides over the last 12 months and created their own history in England, qualifying for the knockout stage of a World Cup for the first time.

The Springbok Women face defending champions New Zealand in the quarterfinals in Exeter, England, on Saturday tomorrow afternoon – a nation that has won the tournament a record six times.

De Bruin says it’s a mountain to climb.
