Italian players trying to win the ball back from Springboks Women.
South Africa’s national women’s rugby team has kept their hopes of a quarter-final berth in the Women’s Rugby World Cup in the United kingdom very much alive.
The Springbok women defeated Italy for the first time ever in their second Pool D match at the York Community Stadium in England.
The South Africans outclassed their opponents by 5 tries to four, winning a hard fought 29-24.
The final match is against France next Sunday.
