Motorists can look forwards to a marginal relief at the pump with fuel prices broadly set to decrease in March.
According to the Central Energy Fund, the price of 95-unleaded is expected to decrease by 6 cents a litre, while 93-unleaded petrol is set to increase by the same amount.
The price of diesel is also anticipated to decrease by 16 cents per litre. A weaker US dollar and lower global oil prices have helped improve the mid-month fuel price outlook.
The Department of Mineral Resources and Petroleum will release the official fuel prices coming into effect on Wednesday this week.
Motorists can expect a mixed outlook for fuel prices in March. Recent data from the Central Energy Fund indicates a decrease of 6 cents for 95 unleaded petrol. Meanwhile, diesel prices may also decline by 16 cents, although 93 unleaded petrol is projected to increase by 6 cents. pic.twitter.com/eiMED3u8O2
