The bail application of a well known Limpopo musician, Lehlogonolo Chauke, popularly known as Shebe Maburna, has been adjourned to Wednesday in the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court.
The state and the defence lawyers have concluded their closing arguments; the state is opposing bail.
Maburna is facing multiple charges, including three attempted murders, alleged possession of an illegal firearm, assault Grevious Bodily Harm and others.
Magistrate Godfrey Netshiozwi postponed the matter for judgment.
