Betway premiership side, Sekhukhune United FC say the unexpected relocation of their home games will not have any impact on their play.

League encounters for this weekend in Polokwane, Limpopo for Sekhukhune FC and Magesi FC have been relocated from the new Peter Mokaba stadium to the old stadium.

The pitch of the new Peter Mokaba Stadium was severely damaged during a music festival last Saturday.

Sekhukhune FC manager Phineas Madisha says the old Peter Mokaba Stadium has been registered with the PSL as their second home ground.

“From the logistical point of view nothing much in terms of the damage because this was communicated to us on time the old Peter Mokaba stadium is our second home ground but the fact of the matter is that there are certain games in fact which are going to be played there whether we like it or not.”
