The search for the men trapped after a temple collapsed in Verulam, north of Durban on Friday has resumed this morning after it was called off last night.
One person has been killed and at least eight others were rescued on Friday.
It’s believed three people remain trapped beneath the rubble of the four-storey structure.
It’s believed builders were adding concrete to the fourth level when it came down.

A preliminary report from the eThekwini Municipality says the building was illegal as it did not have approved building plans.
The Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure and provincial officials are expected to visit the site.
IPSS Medical Rescue spokesperson, Samantha Meyrick says, “This morning, we had rescue teams back on site at about 5 a.m. to continue the search for those missing under the rubble. As of yesterday, one person was confirmed deceased. Unfortunately, his body is still trapped beneath the collapsed building and hopefully today we will receive some more answers and hopefully recover those who are still trapped,” says Meyrick.
