Televangelist Timothy Omotoso and his two co-accused Lusanda Sulani and Zukiswa Sitho appearing in the Gqeberha High Court.
Scores of people have gathered outside the High Court in Gqeberha in the Eastern Cape as judgment in the trial of televangelist, Timothy Omotoso is being handed down.
He was arrested at the Chief Dawid Stuurman Airport eight years ago and has been in custody since.
His co-accused, Lusanda Sulani and Zikiswa Sitho, are out on bail.
They all face 32 charges including rape, human trafficking and racketeering.

Members of the Azanian People’s Organisation (AZAPO) and the African National Congress Women’s League (ANCWL) have turned out in their numbers in support of the witnesses.
Members of Omoto’s Jesus Dominion International Church have also turned up to support him.
AZAPO member Chris Swepu says they want justice for the victims.
“We are hopeful that the man will be found guilty, we are praying for the sake of the victims. So we are here to support the victims. We need to stand against gender-based violence (GBV) – we are here to make that particular statement.”
