Gauteng police are looking for four suspects after a prominent insolvency attorney was shot dead at his practice in Saxonwold, Johannesburg.
Police spokesperson Dimakatso Nevhuhulwi says four men driving a GMW vehicle came to the practice under the pretence of being clients who had booked an appointment. Nevhuhulwi says two of the men went inside, and while in the boardroom, gunshots were heard.
“The unknown men fled the scene, and the 43-year-old attorney was declared dead on the scene. The motive of the attack is unknown at this stage, and police investigations are underway. It is requested that anyone who may have information that can assist with police investigations to contact the Crime Stop Line at 08600 10111 or give anonymous tip-offs on MySapsApp, which can be downloaded on any smartphone. Police investigations continue,” Nevhuhulwi elaborates.
