The trial of rape accused Pastor Timothy Omotoso and his two co-accused Zukiswa Sitho and Lusanda Solani resumes at the Gqeberha High Court today.
The defence is expected to present its case, calling its witnesses to the stand.
During court proceedings in August, Judge Irman Schoeman dismissed an application by Omotoso’s legal team, to have evidence deemed inadmissible.
The defence had argued that the evidence was obtained unconstitutionally.
The trio faces 32 charges amongst them, including racketeering, trafficking in persons for sexual purposes, rape and sexual assault.
