President Cyril Ramaphosa holding a FIFA World Cup Trophy,
President Cyril Ramaphosa has received the FIFA World Cup Trophy at the Union Buildings in Pretoria to kickstart the three-day tour of South Africa.
Among the dignitaries who attended the event were Gauteng Premier, Panyaza Lesufi, Minister of Sport Gayton Mckenzie, as well as former Bafana players, Aaron Mokoena and Siphiwe Tshabalala.
Current Bafana captain, Ronwen Williams was also in attendance.
The trophy will be taken to the Pretoria State Theater for the second leg.
It will be at the Nasrec Expo Centre on Saturday before Sunday’s final leg in Cape Town.
