ANC President, Cyril Ramaphosa.
African National Congress (ANC) President Cyril Ramaphosa has again recognised the importance of South Africa’s Constitution, saying the party remains committed to the tenets of the country’s basic founding law.
The ANC leader says the Constitution profoundly transformed the country and continues to foster inclusivity, democratic governance and independent institutions.
Ramaphosa was delivering the party’s January 8th Statement at the Moruleng Stadium in the North West.
We are gathered at #MorulengStadium to mark #ANC114, 114 years of leadership in the struggle for liberation and justice. As we move forward, we reaffirm our commitment to renewal, unity, and to building a better life for all.#ANC114#January8Statement#ANCJan82026 pic.twitter.com/7REJLw0WM5
