The murder trial of three Radzuma siblings accused of murdering two SAMWU leaders is resuming in the Thohoyandou High Court sitting at Waterval outside Louis Trichardt in Limpopo.
The union leaders, Timson Musetsho and Ronald Mani, were shot and killed in Thohoyandou in separate incidents in what is believed to be related to the VBS saga in January 2019.
Musetsho and Mani were vocal against the Vhembe District Municipality’s R300 million investments in the VBS.

The accused Simon, Percy and Ndivhuwo Radzuma are facing several charges in relation to the murder of Mani and Musetsho.
Ndivhuwo Radzuma allegedly killed another person of interest in Musetsho and Mani’s killings, Zwothe Nemulodi, who was killed before being arrested.
More than 70 witnesses out of 150 have already testified.
