Some of the Proteas team in action.
The South African cricket team that beat Pakistan by eight wickets in Rawalpindi to square the series earlier today, has received some bad news ahead of the white ball series.
Stand-in T20 International captain David Miller and fastbowler Gerald Coetzee have been ruled out of the upcoming series in Pakistan.
Miller picked up a hamstring strain in the build-up to the T20 series starting in Rawalpindi on Tuesday.
Coetzee has suffered a pectoral muscle strain in recent match against Nambia and has been ruled out of both the T20I and three-match One-Day International series.
The selectors added batters Matthew Breetzke and the uncapped Tony de Zorzi to the T20I squad which will now be captained by Donovan Ferreira.
Dolphins fast bowler, Ottneil Baartman, will replace Coetzee in the ODI squad.
