The National Commissioner of Police, General Fannie Masemola, is appealing to members of the public for assistance in finding three missing constables.

Police spokesperson Athlenda Mathe says the trio – two females and a male – were travelling in a white sedan from Bloemfontein to their area of deployment in Limpopo when they went missing.

The three 24-year-old Cebekhulu Linda, 30-year-old Keamogetswe Buys, and 20-year-old Boipelo Senoge’s last known location was at the garage near the Grasmere toll plaza on the N1 on Wednesday, 23rd of April.

Mathe says their vehicle tracking device and cellphones have been off since the day of their disappearance.

A case of possible hijacking and kidnapping is being investigated.
