Police have rescued a man in Germiston, Ekurhuleni, after he was abducted on Thursday.
Two suspected abductors were arrested yesterday after the victim’s car was found abandoned in Dawnpark.
Police investigations revealed that the owner of the vehicle had been abducted and was being held against his will.
Police spokesperson Amanda van Wyk says they remain committed to dismantling kidnapping and abduction syndicates and bringing perpetrators to justice.
