Over seventy learners from Gobisizwe Agricultural School in Ngqeleni in the Eastern Cape have been rushed to hospital due to food poisoning.
Provincial Health Spokesperson, Siyanda Manana, says the learners were admitted to Nelson Mandela Academic Hospital, Mthatha Regional Hospital and Ngangelizwe Community Healthcare.
Manana says some learners are on drips and those in a serious condition were transported by helicopter to the hospitals.
