Star player Relebohile Mofokeng broke the deadlock as early as the 19th minute, after Tshegofatso Mabasa’s initial attempt was deflected goalwards.
Midfielder Thalente Mbatha made it 2-0 with one of his long-range shots, 16 minutes into the second half.
The visitors reduced the deficit in injury time, but it was too little, too late.
