One person has died, and two others were injured in a head-on collision between two vehicles at Sefateng village, outside Lebowakgomo in Limpopo.
The injured have been taken to the hospital.
Transport department spokesperson Mashudu Mabata says the cause of the collision is being investigated.
Mabata also says all the lanes on the R37 where the accident happened have now been opened for traffic.
