The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) says the prosecution is preparing to challenge the decision taken by the Free State High Court, in the trial within a trial of the R255 million asbestos roof removal case.
Judge Phillip Loubser ruled in favour of accused number 17 Moroadi Cholota after she challenged her extradition from the US.
The court also said it did not have the jurisdiction to try Cholota on the corruption charge that she and Former Free State Premier, Ace Magashule are facing.
