N3TC says although traffic will now slowly start moving, road users are cautioned to continue to expect heavy congestion and delays in the area.
All other lanes remain closed to traffic while the extensive cleanup operation continues.
N3TC says it appreciates the committed efforts of the road incident management teams to restore mobility and the patience and understanding of all road users under these difficult conditions.
