Murder case opened after man’s body found along Golden Highway in Gauteng

Gauteng Police have opened a murder case after the body of a man was discovered along the Golden Highway road in Vanderbijlpark.

The deceased was found with multiple stab wounds to the chest, arms, and back.

At this stage, the circumstances surrounding the incident are unknown and no arrests have been made.

Gauteng Police spokesperson Dimakatso Nevhuhulwi, “A murder case is opened for further investigations after an unidentified body was discovered by a passer-by at Golden highway in Vanderbijlpark. The lifeless body had multiple stab injuries. The circumstances surrounding the incident are unknown and police investigations are under way.”
