State prosecutor, Greg Wolmarans, has continued to cross-examine alleged organised crime boss and murder-accused Nafiz Modack in the High Court in Cape Town.
Modack and 14 co-accused are facing charges including the murder of anti-gang unit detective, Charl Kinnear, in September 2020.
Kinnear was investigating Modack and senior police officers at the time of his murder.
Wolmarans has argued that Modack used three different numbers to communicate with a co-accused who sent the address of Kinnear to another accused, Amaal Jantjies.
Modack has disputed the state’s allegations.
The message relates to a failed hand grenade attack at Kinnear’s home in November 2019.
