Suspended Minister Senzo Mchunu appeared before Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee in Cape Town.
Police Minister Senzo Mchunu has denied allegations made before the Madlanga Commission by an undercover police operative known as Witness E.
Witness E alleged that Mchunu convinced him to write a statement to the Commission favouring the minister.
However, Mchunu has rejected the allegations, stating that they are inaccurate and untruthful.
Mchunu who has been placed on special leave, says he will respond to the allegations when he reappears before the commission, and that his lawyers are dealing with the matter.
