ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula addresses a media briefing
African National Congress (ANC) Secretary-General, Fikile Mbalula says the party is honoured to use the legacy of liberation struggle stalwart Dr. Tlou Theophilus (T.T.) Cholo, to revive itself while he still alive.
Mbalula is expected to deliver the keynote address at the centenary birthday celebration of Cholo in Soshanguve, north of Tshwane.
Mbalula says Cholo’s life represents a century of courage, commitment and service to freedom.
“It is really an honour to pay respects on behalf of the ANC and today we are here on this occasion to honour Cholo in the 100 years’ celebrations and indeed it’s a great honor that we still walk with him today when he’s turning 100 years. I mean what an illustrious political, activism political dedication and all you can mention.”
I extend my heartfelt congratulations and revolutionary well wishes to Dr. Tlou Theophilus Cholo on the momentous occasion of his 100th birthday.
