Deputy President Paul Mashatile
Deputy President Paul Mashatile says he is confident the team deployed to discuss ways to avoid the VAT increase will bring positive feedback.
Mashatile was speaking on the sidelines of the Good Friday service at Assemblies of God church at Thaba Nchu in the Free State.
He has appealed to the church to pray for those in authority who are tasked with the responsibility of leading the country.
“Well, as you know we delegated a team in African National Congress (ANC) led by the Secretary General to go and talk to other parties. I think so far, they have met all the parties that have agreed to come so we will know by Monday where to but I’m positive that we will find a solution,” says Mashatile.
