The corruption case of former National Assembly Speaker, Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, continues in the High Court in Pretoria on Monday.
The court is expected to receive a progress report on the case, which has seen significant delays.
The former speaker faces 12 corruption charges and one of money laundering.
She is accused of receiving R4.5 million in bribes during her time as defence minister.
The case centres on tenders allegedly awarded in exchange for cash from defence contractor Nombasa Ntsondwa-Ndhlovu.
