Completed repairs of the Uitkyk-DeHoek pipeline.
The Mangaung Metro Municipality in Bloemfontein says the repair work on Uitkyk-DeHoek pipeline has been completed.
Mangaung Metro Spokesperson Qondile Khedama says re-filling of the 130-kilometre-long pipeline has commenced.
Khedama says most areas will start to get water in the evening although total restoration will take time due to demand.
He says the deployment of water trucks and filling of Jojo tanks will continue until full restoration is achieved.
