A 25-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man are to appear at the Ogies Magistrate’s Court in Mpumalanga tomorrow, for statutory rape.
A 25-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man are to appear at the Ogies Magistrate’s Court in Mpumalanga on Thursday, for statutory rape.
The woman is accused of coercing a 15-year-old girl to have sexual intercourse with her co-accused in Phola near Emalahleni on Monday.
Police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Jabu Ndubane says on the same day, the victim was allegedly forced to have intercourse with another man who paid R100.
Ndubane further says their investigation shows that the woman often persuades young girls to have sexual intercourse with men for money.
