The Economic Freedom Fighter (EFF) leader Julius Malema has been found guilty by the East London Magistrate’s Court in the Eastern Cape, while his co-accused Adriaan Snyman has been found not guilty.
Malema was facing a charge of discharging a firearm during EFF’s 5th anniversary celebrations at Sisa Dukashe Stadium in Mdantsane in 2018.
His former bodyguard, Snyman, was facing charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition.
