“Let’s take this opportunity and send our condolences to the family, comrades, as well as the South Africans for the loss of Mahlangu, profoundly known as M.J Mahlangu. Now indeed he has left a vast legacy, him being one of the architects of drafting our Constitution, that is a legacy we will forever be imprinted in our minds. As one of the leaders during the early age of our democratic government, Mahlangu has made a landmark for the NCOP and the work we are doing. So we have lost a giant.”
